In-Person Strength Coaching delivers personalized, high-performance training with hands-on guidance that is tailored to your sport.
A prerequisite is a minimum of 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks, ensuring consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.
We offer flexible session packs to meet your needs:
4 sessions (with signed commitment to a subsequent renewal)
8 sessions
12 sessions
24 sessions
48 sessions (for the die-hards)
Every package includes:
Comprehensive strength and conditioning programming tailored to your needs and structured around our planned sessions.
Nutritional advising to support your training and recovery.
(note: this does not include programming for workouts performed outside of our sessions)
STrength Program design (Hybrid)
Our Surf Technique and Development coaching is built to meet you where you are and elevate your surfing through a structured, tiered approach.
Starting with video analysis, we break down your technique to identify strengths, opportunities, and specific areas for improvement. From there, you can progress into more comprehensive tiers that include in-person surf coaching and ultimately in-person strength training directly applied to your surfing performance.
Each level is designed to provide deeper coaching, more hands-on feedback, and practical tools for translating movement quality into better surfing. Whether you’re seeking clear technical feedback, guided surf sessions, or integrated strength training to enhance your time in the water, this program provides a tailored pathway to progress.
Surf Technique & Development
The Hybrid Strength Program Design blends the best of in-person coaching and remote training, giving you the structure, accountability, and expert feedback needed to elevate your performance.
This program delivers comprehensive strength and conditioning design with direct application to your sport, offered in 6-, 12-, or 18-week training blocks. Each block is customized to your needs, goals, and competition schedule.
What’s included:
Weekly coaching sessions (via video call or in-person) to review progress, adjust programming, and refine technique.
Every-workout feedback through the TrueCoach app, ensuring that you’re supported and corrected in real time throughout your training week.
Comprehensive, sport-specific programming tailored to build strength, power, and resilience directly transferable to your performance.
The Hybrid Program is perfect for athletes seeking a structured plan with ongoing accountability, whether training locally or remotely, while still benefiting from expert coaching and personalized guidance.
